Back! Last day of 2008

Last moment for 2008.
So many things have happened.
So many new faces met.

What have you done?

Certainly, 4 semesters of University life has passed by like a breeze.
The financial crisis has been hitting every part of the world.
It affects all of us.
We all have to look into our expenditure carefully.

In Sports,
L.A. Lakers is the top team in the West.
Manchester United is the best football club in the world, currently lies third in the EPL with 2 games in hand and 7 points adrift of Liverpool.

Singapore has been good.
But flu has been bugging me non-stop since I came back.
Hate that completely.
Countdown at Church tonight at 9p.m.
Love that completely.

Played basketball a couple of days ago.
Wow, my legs are now sore.
Very sore.
Getting up from my bed is a real challenge for a real man like me. lol just kidding.
Stop laughing. I know you are!

How's 2009 going to be?
Financial Analyst predicts depression is looming.
Fear not, for God is with us.
Work as hard, as smart as we can.
Love God, love people and you won't go wrong.

My time in Singapore has been awesome.
Haven't had much time to breath.
Hanging out till late nights, sharing till late nights, eating till late nights and late night movies.
Lol.

I love K-box.
Don't know why.

Gear up for an awesome night tonight.
Lol. Ehh. I'm going to cook myself some noodles.

Except for the first one, they are very good movies.
YESman can change your life!
I also watched a couple of movies on the plane.
Forget the name for one, but I remembered that Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz and Jude Law are the lead in that movie.

Anyway, I hope that you can be there for friends' night!

Ohh yeah.

I'm back for quite a while, at least.
5 weeks.
Friends to catch up, things to do, people to meet, the list just goes on.

Had my hair cut yesterday.
Saw Wei Jie and Roy at the same salon much later as well.
Ha ha. It was good to see all of them on a Monday afternoon.

It feels good to be back in Singapore this month.
I just want to make full use of time here.
However, I do still miss Australia a little, not much, just a little.

After hanging out with FX and doing window shopping, I went out with Wendy and the E Zoners.
Hung around at Starbucks before proceeding to Kopitiam and movie.
We caught the day the earth stood still.
It was alright. I was sleeping in the theatres (For the Second time in my life) as I was way too tired.
At least I stayed till the end, that is!

Came over to Gabriels and we went to buy some noodles.
I cooked up a feast for us and we had a sumptuous supper.
It was nice and both of us had great chats!
Yeah. I love those chats with fellow men, I really do actually!

Time just passes us by unknowingly.
And we slept later at 2-3a.m.
I'm dying to meet Garrett up in this festive season.
So many things to update him, so little time.
I really do miss Home, even though I'm home now.
Lol.

Just had a big cup of Milo Gabriel's maid made for me.
Haven't had Milo for at least 4 months.
It just tastes like heaven.
Like WOW!
Haha. Yeah. Things have been pretty good.
Everyone has their problems and so do I.
But let's have a bigger heart and look beyond what our problems are and solve the problem for others!

Hello 13th December.
Yeah. Still remembered it's Woon Chang's birthday!

Anyway, had a long day of hanging out and helping people.
I'm all sore, tired and ready for bed now.
Love the way bed is!

Anyway, drove to church today to pass Ben and Bec the Christmas Cards.
Enjoy seeing the ones you cherish receive blessings from you.
Hung out for a while before heading back to fetch people for movie!

HSM3! It was awesome. The best out of the 3, for sure!
Adeline and I enjoyed it very much! I guess.
lol. Helped her to move house a while ago and now I'm sore all over!
Needed some rest after a day of running around, but it's all worth it.

Yeah! A good day I had! Well, praise God for the good times and the bad times. It's hard for the latter, but we'll do it!
Received one of my individual project marks and I got 80++.
Extremely happy for that as I put in quite a bit of effort + stress into it!
Now, I'm all smiles!

Heaps of fun

Exams are over. Or rather, were!
It ended on the 10th December and here I am, sitting down at my friend's place, blogging away.

I have been filled with heaps of post-exams excitement.
Went for coffee straight after exam.
Then watched Twilight yesterday.
It was supposed to be an OK movie.
But then, with those rowdy kids around in the theatre trying to spoil the movie, the movie turned out worse than it should be. Nevertheless, it's worth watching once, but not the second time, at least for me.

I went up to Brisbane at night to sing Karaoke.
On the way there, gave my good buddy, FX a call.
Haven't talked to him since I left Singapore and catching up with him over the phone was surely good. We talked a bit here and there.
He was surely sorely missed by me.

Well well. Chatted for quite a while before we headed to K.
It was heaps fun.
The food there was great as well.
Had BKT and Honey Lemon.
Awesome food they were!

I drove the girls back home before heading back to with the rest.
Was so tired driving over 100kms at 3-4a.m. in the morning, nevertheless it was a good one.
Lol.

And So. HSM3 next! Anyone?

Tomorrow will be my final exam!
Draw down day.

Man. Not into the mood to revise.
But still, I need to revise.
Lol.
Mr. Craig (My lecturer) says that we can't just bull that paper although A & F management is all about logic.

Well well.
Really wanting to hang out tomorrow and I will get to hang out tomorrow (:
I will call you people once I'm free from the bondage of examination.
Yeah!
Pray for me.
My exam will start at 11.30a.m. (Brisbane time) and last till 1.30p.m.
I guess I will need the full 2 hours as I always make full use of my time for every examination.
Careless mistakes are not excuse for losing marks!

First movie after exam!- Twilight

Ha ha. Yeah! Booked the tickets today for twilight this coming Thursday which is the opening premiere of twilight - Sweet (:.

I am no fan of reading books like that.
lol. I love reading. But the things I read probably won't interest much people.
Fortune magazine.
Ha ha. Well. The latest Fortune talked about how good google is at internet advertising relative to the rest of the pack. They owned the rest!

Although Microsoft is a financial juggernaut in their own rights, they just could not keep up with google in terms of internet marketing and stuff.
Well. That's just one article out of heaps.

Talks of GM (the death of American dream) hogged the headlines.
In this times, knowing financial stuff like this is fundamentals.
We don't really have to be financial experts, but then keeping ourselves in tune with the world adds another dimension to our competency.

Anyway, my last paper is this Wednesday - Assets and Facilities Manager!
yup. Looking forward to it because it is my last paper!
And fun after which!
Ha ha. Last year, I could start writing Christmas Cards in November (I was really that free). But I couldn't do it this year. Just didn't have the time to!
I haven't even started one yet, although I already have the cards!

Ha ha. 2 more days!

Amidst of all studying, getting a parcel with two beautiful shirts is what anyone out of Singapore would have dreamt of. But it's not a dream for me. Love you guys! And I'll see you guys real soon!

Haven't been the free-est

Hi Peeps.
Heaps of projects have been on me lately and one thing I want to do is to call home.
Haven't had the chance to do so lately and I will do it once my exams are over.
Man. The JC teachers are real liars!! (Once you got through JC, Uni is a breeze), well, not that true. lol. University is certainly fun. But not a breeze. Especially when you're on 3 semesters a year.

Well, I've nothing to complain though.
Looked through those blogs where people talked about Asia conference.
Man, you just want to be there!
Yikes, I've missed the first one.
I'm adamant that I will not miss the next one.

Youtube has been my next best friend lately.
I've been watching a lot of NBA highlights from there are yes! They are really priceless moves done by professional athletes.
KB24 and LBJ23 are my favourites!
Kobe is the guy you want as a leader and LeBron is the guy you want as the key person.

7 days.

4th semester is drawing to a close. 7 more days to my draw down. Hmmm.
Yeah. It has been a great semester all round. First objective is to pass all my subjects WELL before any celebration can kick in.

Well. I'm studying this subject called Understanding Buildings now. What do you know about that?
Ha ha. It's about construction. What are the steps we need to go through in building from site scrape.

Anyway, I have nothing to blog about.
There are many movies to catch after exams.
Twilight, HSM3, Australia (Might not get to watch) etcetc.
Ha ha.

But God saves the day.
